| Abstract: | This thesis explores the ease of doing business in Ukraine. The main goal of this work is to raise the public awareness of current economic situation in Ukraine and identify strengths and weaknesses of doing business there. Relevance of this topic is that after the financial crisis in 2008 and the Revolution in 2014, the economy of Ukraine has experienced many challenges, but nevertheless the country took some important steps in improving and opening its economy more. Concerning this fact, it appears extremely important to analyze business, as one of the main economic sector of Ukraine, and its environment and criteria. The comparison of business environments between Ukraine and the Czech Republic helps to comprehend where the government policies should be focused, where the interference of the state is unnecessary and which areas remained unaffected. |

| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá podmínkami podnikání na Ukrajině. Hlavním cílem práce je zvýšit povědomí o současné ekonomické situaci na Ukrajině a identifikovat silné a slabé stránky podnikání v této zemi. Po finanční krizi v roce 2008 a po revoluci v roce 2014 doznala ukrajinská ekonomika značných změn, a země přijala některé důležité kroky ke zlepšení a dalšímu otevření ekonomiky. Vzhledem k tomuto faktu je velmi důležité analyzovat podnikání jako jednoho z ekonomických sektorů Ukrajiny, a jeho prostředí a kritérií. Porovnání podnikatelského prostředí mezi Ukrajinou a Českou republikou pomáhá porozumět kam mají být zaměřeny vládní politiky, kde je nezbytná interference státu a jaké oblasti zůstávají nedotčené. |
