| Abstract: | Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať implementáciu Všeobecného nariadenia na ochranu osobných údajov GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) v územnej samospráve Českej republiky. Obsahom teoretickej časti je objasnenie základných pojmov súvisiacich s ochranou osobných údajov v územnej samospráve. Práca ob-sahuje porovnanie zásad GDPR a zákona o ochrane osobných údajov a práva a povinnosti z tohto porovnania vyplývajúcich. V praktickej časti sa práca zameria-va na analýzu implementácie GDPR v územnej samospráve pomocou dotazníkového šetrenia a rozhovorov, a pomoci štátu územnej samospráve, finančnej a časovej ná-ročnosti a nových prvkov, ktoré GDPR prinieslo. Zhrnutie práce je prostredníctvom diskusie o riešených otázkach v praktickej časti. V závere diplomovej práce autorka vyjadruje svoj názor na danú problematiku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of diploma thesis is to analyze the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the territorial self-government of the Czech Republic. The content of the theoretical part is to clarify the basic concepts related to the protection of personal data in territorial self-government. The thesis contains a comparison of GDPR principles and the law on personal data protection and the rights and obligations arising from this. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of GDPR implementation in territorial self-government by means of a questionnaire survey and interviews, and the assistance of the state to self-government, financial and time-consuming and new elements brought by GDPR. The summary of the thesis is through practical discussion of the issues discussed. At the end of the thesis the author expresses her opinion on the given issue. |
