| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analýza stávajícího systému hodnocení pracovního výkonu ve vybrané společnosti se zaměřením na jeho optimalizaci. K naplnění cíle jsou využity metody hodnocení pracovního výkonu a to metoda BARS, metoda motivačně hodnotícího pohovoru, metoda klíčové události a metoda 360° zpětné vazby. Na základě využitých metod jsou zjištěny silné a slabé stránky v hodnocení pracovního výkonu a je navrženo doporučení jak udržet silné stránky a slabé stránky minimalizovat. Závěrem jsou zhodnoceny využité metody dle tří kritérií: časová náročnost, přínosnost pro společnost a účast hodnocených pracovníků na dané metodě. Práce dále obsahuje potvrzení či vyvrácení výhod a nevýhod využitých metod pro hodnocení pracovního výkonu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze existing performance evalutation system with focus on the optimalization in the selected company. The aim has been met with methods BARS, motivational-evaluation interview, key event and 360° feedback. There are discover strengths and weaknesses in performance evalutation based on used methods. There is recommended how to keep the strengths and how to minimalize the weaknesses. In conclusion sre evaluated the used methods according to three criteria: the time-consuming, the contribution to company and participation of the evaluted employees. The thesis contain the confirmation and the rejection of the advantages and the disadvantages of the used methods of performance evalutation. |
