| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním a hospodařením nestátních neziskových organizací. V teoretické části jsou představeny neziskové organizace, jejich právní úprava a dělení, definován stěžejní pojem hospic, práce fundraisera a vícezdrojové financování těchto organizací. Praktická část je zaměřena na financování a hospodaření Hospice svatého Lazara v Plzni. Tento výzkum je proveden za období posledních 5 let, tedy od roku 2013 do roku 2017. Data pro výzkum jsou čerpána z interních dokumentů organizace. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, na jakých příjmech je hospic závislý, kterých možností financování příliš nevyužívá, v jaké finanční situaci se nachází na konci účetního období, a navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro lepší finanční zajištění hospice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with financing and economy of non-profit organizations. The theoretical part introduces non-profit organizations, their legal regulation and division, defines the key term hospice, fundraiser work and multi-source financing of these organizations. The practical part is focused on financing and economy of the Hospice of Saint Lazarus in Pilsen. This research has been conducted over the past 5 years, ie from 2013 to 2017. Research data is drawn from internal organization documents. The main aim of the thesis is to find out what income the hospice is dependent on, which financing options it does not make use of, in what financial situation it is at the end of the accounting period, and to propose suitable recommendations for better financial support of the hospice. |
