| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá mezinárodní právem reakce na katastrofy (IDRL), což je relativně nové právní odvětví zabývající se problematikou mezinárodní pomoci při a po katastrofě. Práce představuje IDRL jako právní odvětví a zkoumá aktuální situaci s použitím nejdůležitějších dokumentů (IDRL Guidelines a Draft Articles) olivňujících IDRL. Zároveň se zabývá problematikou vytvoření právně závazného rámce tohoto odvětví. První část práce uvádí IDRL do kontextu mezinárodního práva a rozebírá jeho historické souvislosti. Druhá část práce se soustředí na aktuální vývoj, rozebírá dva zmiňované dokumenty a vytyčuje jejich hlavní myšlenky. Zároveň se práce zaobírá problematikou kodifikace IDRL v souvislosti s Draft Articles. Závěr práce pak shrnuje současnou situaci v tomto právním odvětví. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis studies the International Disaster Response Laws (IDRL), which is a relatively new legal sector dealing with the issue of international assistance during and after the disaster. The work presents IDRL as a legal branch and examines the current situation using the most important documents (IDRL Guidelines and Draft Articles) influencing IDRL. At the same time, it deals with the issue of creating a legally binding framework for this sector. The first part of the thesis introduces IDRL into the context of international law and analyzes its historical context. The second part of the thesis focuses on the current development, analyzes the two mentioned documents and outlines their main ideas. At the same time the thesis deals with the issue of IDRL codification in connection with Draft Articles. The conclusion summarizes the current situation in this legal sector. |
