| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá elektronickou evidencí tržeb, jež byla zavedena do českého právního řádu a jsou s ní spojeny následující cíle: lepší výběr daní, zvýšení inkasa DPH, omezení šedé ekonomiky a narovnání podnikatelského prostředí. Cílem této práce je komplexní pojednání o elektronické evidenci tržeb v České republice, porovnání české právní úpravy a zahraniční právní úpravy a následné zhodnocení současné legislativy. Práce byla zpracována především na základě metody analýzy a komparace, kdy došlo ke srovnání EET v České republice a ostatních státech. V závěru práce dochází ke zhodnocení jednotlivých kapitol a zákona č. 112/2016 Sb., o evidenci tržeb. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor´s thesis deals with electronic registration of sales, which was introduced into Czech legal system and is connected to following goals: improved tax collection, increase of collected VAT, reduction of shadow economy and reconciliation of business environment. The goal of this thesis is to give a complex description of electronic registration of sales in the Czech Republic, the comparison of domestic and foreigner legal regulation and finally the evaluation of the current legislation. The thesis was done based mainly on analysis method and comparison method, when were compared the regulations of EET in the Czech Republic and other states. In the conclusion of the thesis it comes to an evaluation of each chapter and the Act No. 112/2016 Coll., on Registration of Sales. |
