Praha, a.s., to propose changes to the strategy and finaly to form a new marketing strategy of the company. The analysis of the current strategy will be based on the expert interwievs with the owners and the executive employees within the company. The analysis will be then based on the situational analysis, analysis of the competition and a field survey among the clients of the company A.C.G. Praha, a.s. |
