| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice řešení územních sporů v mezinárodních vztazích. Zaměřuje se na spor o námořní hranici okolo souostroví Senkaku ve Východočínském moři, do něhož jsou zapojeny Čínská lidová republika (ČLR) a Japonsko. V úvodní části práce poskytuje definici a popis jednotlivých fází konfliktů. Dále jsou uvedeny způsoby jejich prevencí a řešení. Následuje charakteristika souostroví Senkaku a uvedení do kontextu samotného sporu. Tato část se zabývá primárně jeho průběhem a vývojem. Na závěr práce se pomocí poznatků z předchozích dvou částí zhodnotí, jaké dopady by mohl tento spor na jeho přímé a nepřímé účastníky mít. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is about the issue of solving border conflicts in public relations. It focuses on maritime boundary dispute between the People's Republic of China and Japan concerning the Senkaku islands in the East China Sea. At the beginning the thesis provides definition and characterization of each phase of conflicts. Then there are written ways of prevention and resolution of conflicts. The next part describes the Senkaku islands and the background of the dispute itself. This part consists mainly of the course and progress of the dispute. In conclusion the thesis summarizes all the previous knowledge and evaluates possible consequences for those parties involved directly or indirectly. |
