| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic situation of SPORTEN, a.s. through financial analysis. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts –the theo-retical part and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the methods and ex-plains the terms used in the financial analysis. The analysis of differential indicators, ratio analysis, prediction models are explained in detail. The aim of this part is to create a comprehensible basis for the subsequent practical part. In the practical part, I intro-duce SPORTEN, a.s. company. Further, I address the analysis of ratios, balance rules, horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of net working capital, ratios, prediction mod-els and comparison of individual indicators in the same industry. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation and subsequent recommendations for further direction of the company. |

| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením ekonomické situace společnosti SPORTEN, a.s. prostřednictvím finanční analýzy. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje metody a vysvětluje pojmy používané ve finanční analýze. Podrobně je vysvětlena analýza diferenciálních ukazatelů, poměrová analýza a predikční modely. Cílem této části je vytvořit srozumitelný základ pro praktickou část. V praktické části představím společnost SPORTEN, a.s. Dále se zabývám analýzou poměrů, bilančními pravidly, horizontální a vertikální analýzou, analýzou čistého pracovního kapitálu, predikčními modely a porovnáním jednotlivých ukazatelů ve stejném odvětví. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení a následná doporučení pro další směřování společnosti. |
