| Abstract: | Trh minipivovarů v České republice zažívá v posledních letech boom. Na poměrně malém území zde působí velké množství minipivovarů. Jedním z nich je společnost Plzeňský Bandita s.r.o., která na tomto trhu usiluje o udržení si konkurenceschopnosti. Cílem práce je navržení strategie, díky které bude této konkurenceschopnosti dosaženo, společně s kroky její implementace. K analýze konkurence byl zvolen Porterův model pěti sil. Analýza zdrojů byla zpracována pomocí metody VRIO. Výsledná strategie byla navržena pomocí Porterových generických strategií a byla doplněna implementačním plánem. |

| Abstract: | In recent years, the market of microbreweries in the Czech Republic is experiencing boom. On this market, lots of microbreweries operate on relatively small area. One of them is the company Plzeňský Bandita s.r.o., which strive for maintaining of competitiveness. The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest strategy, which will lead to accomplishing such a goal. The competition was analysed by Porter's Five Forces model. The analysis of resources was made by VRIO method. The final strategy was design by Porter’s generic strategies and complemented with implementation plan. |
