| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je návrh strategické expanze startupu na základě ekonomických analýz tří zahraničních trhů. Tato strategie by měla sloužit technologické společnosti zaměřené na digitalizaci trhu budov, jako nástroj k úspěšnému určení cílového trhu a následného rozvoje. Přínosem studenta jsou detailní analýzy a následné výstupy ze získaných dat, které mohou být ihned použity, případně vycházet jako podklady k dalším analýzám. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to create a proposal of strategic expansion of the startup based on economic analyses of three foreign markets. This strategy should serve the technology company focusing on the digitization of the real estate market, as a tool to successfully identify the target market and the subsequent development. The student’s contribution is detailed analysis and subsequent outputs of the obtained data, which can be used immediately, or as a basis for further analysis. |
