| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ochrany osobních údajů v souvislosti s využíváním bezpečnostních kamerových systémů ve školách. Popisuje přijetí nového právního rámce neboli Obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů, které nahradilo Směrnici 95/46/ES, o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a zároveň v České republice částečně nahradilo zákon 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů. Cílem práce je poměřit ochranu majetku a bezpečnost osob ve školách na straně jedné a ochranu soukromí a práv jednotlivce na straně druhé. Pomocí praktických příkladů jsou v práci zhodnoceny pravidla a podmínky pro využívání bezpečnostních kamerových systémů ve školách. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis is concerned with personal data protection in connection with using security cameras systems at schools. It describes the adoption of the new legal framework alias General Data Protection Regulation that replaced Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and at the same time partly Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data in the Czech Republic. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to measure the protection of property and persons on the one hand and the protection of privacy and individual rights on the other hand. By means of practical examples, there are evaluated rules and conditions for using security cameras systems at schools. |
