| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá hyperinflací ve Venezuele a jejími ekonomickými i sociálními důsledky. Cílem práce je tyto vzájemně související důsledky hyperinflace a ekonomické krize s ní spojené analyzovat. Bolívarovská republika Venezuela se s hyperinflací vyvolanou nadměrným tiskem peněz potýká již pátým rokem po sobě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení inflace, metody měření inflace, druhy inflace, její důsledky a protiinflační politiku. Druhá kapitola se zabývá samotnými důsledky venezuelské hyperinflace. Kapitola analyzuje míru nezaměstnanosti a chudoby, zdravotní péči, černý trh, kryptoměny, občanské nepokoje, migraci a přímé zahraniční investice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with hyperinflation in Venezuela and its economic and social consequences. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze these interrelated consequences of hyperinflation and economic crisis associated with it. The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has been struggling with hyperinflation caused by overprinting money for the fifth consecutive year. The thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of inflation, methods of its measurement, types of inflation, its consequences and anti-inflation policy. The second chapter deals with the consequences of Venezuelan hyperinflation. The chapter analyzes unemployment rate, poverty, healthcare, black market, cryptocurrencies, civil unrest, migration and foreign direct investment. |
