| Abstract: | Uživatelský prožitek je velmi důležitou součástí každého produktu či služby v 21. století. S technologickým pokrokem je od spotřebitelů očekáván velmi kvalitní uživatelský prožitek, který šetří drahocenný čas a umožňuje používání produktu či služby v co možná nejjednodušší podobě, tak aby poskytnul relevantní a smysluplný prožitek jeho uživateli. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu zlepšení vybrané části uživatelského prožitku informačního systému InSIS pomocí metodiky Google Ventures Design Sprint. Díky metodice Google Ventures Design Sprint jsou v rámci její praktické implementace na příkladu informačního systému InSIS VŠE identifikovány základní problémy, se kterými se jeho uživatelé nejčastěji setkávají a je vytvořen návrh zlepšení uživatelského prožitku vybrané částí systému. V rámci metodiky je také návrh otestován na vybrané uživatelské skupině a výstup metodiky je celkově zhodnocen po jejím praktickém využití. |

| Abstract: | User experience is a very important part of any product or service in the 21st century. With technological advances, consumers are expected to enjoy a high-quality user experience that saves valuable time and allows the use of a product or service in the simplest possible form to provide a relevant and meaningful experience to its users. The main aim of the thesis is to create a proposal for improving the selected part of the user experience of the InSIS information system using the Google Ventures Design Sprint methodology. With Google Ventures Design Sprint methodology, the theses identifies the basic problems that its users encounter most frequently and proposes to improve the user experience of the selected part of the system. Within the methodology, the proposal is also tested on a selected user group and the methodology output is generally evaluated after its practical use. |
