| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá především interpretací památek České republiky pro seznámení zahraničních návštěvníků s jejím kulturním dědictví. Cílem práce je selektovat zahraniční návštěvníky ČR a zefektivnit tak interpretaci památky pro dané segmenty návštěvníků. Hlavním zdrojem k segmentaci návštěvníků jsou statistiky Centrály cestovního ruchu CzechTourism a Českého statistického úřadu, dále také informace získané od dotázaných incomingových cestovních kanceláří a agentur. Pomocí dotazníků, hloubkových rozhovorů a osobních návštěv vybraných míst lze nakonec najít nejefektivnější a nejžádanější interpretaci daných památek. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the interpretation of the Czech Republic's monuments to get acquainted foreign visitors with its cultural heritage. The aim of the thesis is to segment the foreign visitors of the Czech Republic and make the interpretation of the monument for selected visitors' segments more effective. The main source for segmentation of visitors is the statistics of CzechTourism and the Czech Statistical Office, as well as information obtained from interviewed incoming travel agencies. Using questionnaires, interviews, and personal visits to selected locations, it can be find the most effective and most requested interpretation of the monuments. |
