| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností společnosti Lidl Česká republika v.o.s., která je jedním z nejvýznamnějších maloobchodních řetězců působící na českém trhu. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit současnou strategii společnosti v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti a na základě provedeného průzkumu, týkajícího se vnímání společenské odpovědnosti spotřebiteli navrhnout případná doporučení strtegie do buoucna. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the social responsibility of Lidl Česká republika v.o.s. which is one of the most important retail chains operating on the czech market. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the current strategy of the company in the area of social responsibility and to propose possible recommendations of CSR strategy on the basis of the survey conducted concerning the perception of social responsibility from the perspective of customers. |
