| Abstract: | Téma předkládané diplomové práce je zaměřeno na specifika funkce compliance v pojišťovnictví. Cílem je primárně zanalyzovat fungování systému na správu, distribuci, vytváření a schvalování interních předpisů a zhodnotit, proč jsou tyto procesy v praxi využívány. Hodnocení proběhne na základě osobních poznatků získaných z praxe, rozhovorů s představiteli funkce compliance ve společnostech působících rovněž ve finančním sektoru a také za využití právních předpisů, ale i jiných dokumentů upravujících tuto problematiku. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the submited master thesis is focused on the specific function of a compliance in an insurance business. The main aim is primarily to analyze the system for managing, distributing, creating and approving internal regulations. The evaluation will be based on professional knowledge and practical experience, discussion with persons performing compliace functions in other financial institutions and also by using legislation and other documents regarding to the topic. |
