| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou autorskoprávní ochrany choreografického díla. Práce se věnuje vymezení autorského práva, jeho charakteristice a důležitým pojmům s autorským právem spojeným. Poznatky z obecného autorského práva jsou aplikovány na konkrétní příklad choreografického díla. V praktické části práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi choreografy a studenty choreografie, zaměřeného na povědomí autorů choreografického díla o autorském právu a na jejich dosavadní zkušenosti z praxe |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is looking into legal protection of choreographic work under the Czech legal system. It deals with definition of copyright law, its characteristics and important terms and concepts connected to copyright law. Findings from copyright law in general are applied specifically to choreographic works. A survey among choreographers and students of choreography is analysed in the practical part of this thesis. The survey is oriented towards choreographers´ level of awareness on legal protection of choreographic works and their previous professional experiences with copyright law |
