Seznamuje s vývojem ICT technologií v hotelnictví a největšími trendy současnosti a popisuje technologie využívané v tomto ubytovacím zařízení. Cílem práce je analyzovat faktory ovlivňující implementaci technologií v tomto hotelu a jejich vliv na účinnost plánované implementace ze strany vedení. |

The aim of the thesis is to analyze factors affecting the implementation of technologies in this hotel and their impact on the effectiveness of the planned implementation by the hotel management. |
