| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatnitelností českých a německých absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce. Práce by měla přispět ke zjištění, zda kvalita vystudované vysoké školy má vliv na uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce. První kapitola je zaměřena na teoretická východiska jako je teorie lidského kapitálu v klasickém i alternativním pojetí, výdaje na financování vysokého školství atd. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na nezaměstnanost a zaměstnanost českých a německých absolventů ve vztahu k celkové populaci. Z každé země bude dále vybráno pět vysokých škol společně s údaji o nezaměstnanosti a zaměstnanosti absolventů spolu s informací o kvalitě vysoké školy dle mezinárodně uznávaného srovnávače vysokých škol QS World University Rankings. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the applicability of Czech and German university graduates in the labour market. The work should contribute to finding out whether the quality of the university has an impact on the employment of graduates in the labour market. The first chapter is focused on theoretical bases such as the theory of human capital in the classical and alternative concepts, government expenditures on the financing of tertiary education etc. The second chapter focuses on unemployment and employment of Czech and German graduates in relation to the total population. In addition, five universities will be selected from each country, along with data on unemployment and employment of its graduates. Furthermore, there will be the information about the quality of the universities according to the internationally recognized QS World University Rankings. |
