| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit význam nově vzniklého Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosi se zpracováním osobních údajů (ve zkratce GDPR) v právní úpravě, a spolu s ním uvést související podmínky pro specifické úkony internetového podnikání, které je nutné aplikovat. V úvodu je vymezena struktura práce, cíl, hypotézy a metody zkoumání tématiky. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Na začátku je věnována pozornost internetovému podnikání jako celku, následuje část zaměřena konkrétně na nařízení GDPR, jeho implementaci do marketingu a jednotlivých úkonů internetového podnikání. Poslední kapitola zhodnocuje změny způsobené nařízením. Závěrem práce jsou diskutovány jednotlivé hypotézy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clarify the law interpretation of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 („GDPR“) of 27 April 2016. However, the thesis is concerned with specific tasks of e-commerce and the conditions that must be implemented in regard to the regulation. The introduction part is comprised of an overall thesis structure clarification and defined goals. Furthermore, the hypothesis and methods used are stated. The first chapter is mainly focused on e-commerce as a whole. In the following section, the regulation and its following implementation into marketing and other specific tasks of e-commerce is covered. Finally, changes caused by the regulation and stated hypothesis are discussed. |
