| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na vnější ekonomickou rovnováhu České republiky, a pomocí analýzy tokových i stavových veličin se snaží identifikovat případné problémy, které by mohly být příčinou vnější nerovnováhy. Pro hodnocení vnější nerovnováhy byly použity indikátory hraničních hodnot podle rámce Macroeconomic Imbalance Procedure Evropské komise, který se snaží o identifikaci, prevenci a případné řešení nerovnováh. Teoretická část se věnuje struktuře a významu platební bilance a zahraniční investiční pozice země na základě nového manuálu BPM6, a vymezení vnější ekonomické rovnováhy. Praktická část se soustředí zejména na analýzu běžného účtu platební bilance mezi lety 2008-2018, součástí je i regresní analýza vlivu bilance běžného účtu na měnový kurz. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda se Česká republika nachází ve stavu vnější ekonomické rovnováhy dle hodnotícího rámce MIP, a zda existují hrozby, které by případnou rovnováhu mohly ohrozit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the external economic balance of the Czech Republic and tries to identify possible problems that could be the cause of external imbalance by analyzing flow and status variables. The European Commission 's Macroeconomic Imbalance Procedure indicators have been used to assess external imbalances, seeking to identify, prevent and deal with imbalances. The theoretical part deals with the structure and importance of the balance of payments and the country's foreign investment position, based on the new BPM6 manual, and the definition of external economic balance. The practical part focuses mainly on the analysis of the current account of the balance of payments between 2008-2018, including a regression analysis of the effect of the current account balance on the exchange rate. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate whether the Czech Republic is in a state of external economic equilibrium according to the MIP evaluation framework and whether there are threats that could potentionally threaten the balance. |
