| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je prozkoumat podnikatelské prostředí Bádenska - Württemberska a jeho vztahy s ČR. V první kapitole je uvedena definice podnikatelského prostředí. Druhá kapitola již popisuje podnikatelské prostředí prostřednictvím PESTLE analýzy a následně je shrnuta SWOT analýzou. Druhá část mé práce zkoumá vztahy mezi Bádenskem - Württemberskem a ČR. Třetí kapitola tedy obsahuje historický kontext vzájemných Česko - německých vztahů, obchodní vztahy doplněné komoditní strukturou a také popis institucionálních vztahů. V poslední části mé práce řeším základní otázky týkající se zlepšení vzájemných vztahů mezi Bádenskem - Württemberskem a ČR a pro jaké podniky je dané podnikatelské prostředí příležitostí a pro které naopak. Celá práce je završena případovou studií na působení firmy Robert Bosch GmbH v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of my bachelor´s thesis is to describe the business environment od Baden - Württemberg and its relations with the Czech Republic. In the first chapter there is a definition of business environment. The second chapter describes the business environment of Baden - Württemberg with PESTLE analysis. The second part of my thesis analyzes the relations between Baden - Württemberg and Czech Republic.Third chapter contains historical context of mutual Czech and German relations, business relations, commodity structure and institutional relations. In the last part of my thesis I solve the basic questions related to the improvement of relations between Czech Republic and Baden - Württemberg and which businesses suits the business environment better. The whole thesis will be finalized with case study about Robert Bosch GmbH in the Czech Republic. |
