| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá peacemakingem v Afghánistánu. Soustředí se na roli mírových rozhovorů a jejich vliv na mírový proces. Cílem práce je skrze analýzu identifikovat vlivy a zájmy zahraničních aktérů na celém mírovém procesu a dále identifikovat roli Talibánu, a to jak na jednáních, tak na budoucím uspořádání země. V první kapitole práce vymezuje teorii míru a mírový proces. Druhá kapitola je věnována historickým kořenům konfliktu v Afghánistánu a na ně navazují zájmy a cíle zainteresovaných zahraničních aktérů. Poslední kapitola analyzuje mírové rozhovory a roli Talibánu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with peacemaking in Afghanistan. It focuses on the role of peace talks and their impact on the peace process. The aim of the thesis is to identify through the analysis the influences and interests of foreign actors throughout the peace process, as well as to identify the role of the Taliban, both in the negotiations and in the future organization of the country. The first chapter defines the theory of peace and the peace process itself. The second chapter is devoted to the historical roots of the conflict in Afghanistan as well as to the interests and goals of the foreign actors involved. The last chapter analyzes the peace talks and the role of the Taliban in the process. |
