| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je případovou studií, kde tématem je poukázat, jak se státy Brazílie a Peru po korupční aféře stavební firmy Odebrecht v regionu Latinské Ameriky postavily k problematice korupce a jaká byla přijata opatření proti tomuto negativnímu jevu. Část první je teoretická, zabývající se pojmem korupce a jejími vlastnostmi obecně. Druhá část je kontextuální a představuje ekonomické stimuly ke korupci Latinské Ameriky, kde byl mezinárodní korupční skandál odhalen a zveřejněn či jak se liší od ostatních případů z dob minulých let. Poslední empirická část zkoumá nejen vlivy kauzy ve vybraných státech na jejich politickou scénu, ale také opatření, která zavedla po dostání se problému na povrch, aby zabránila novým podobným situacím. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is a case study. The topic is to point out how Brazil and Peru have faced the issue of corruption after the corruption affair of construction company Odebrecht in region of Latin America. Also, what measures have been taken against this negative phenomenon. Part one is dealing with the concept of corruption in general. Second part represents the economic incentives of the Latin America, where the international corruption scandal has been unveiled and published. Furthermore, show differences between this affair and other cases of previous years. Last part examines the influence of scandal in selected states on their political scenes. Also analysed the measures which have been taken after the affair to prevent emergence of a new similar situations. |
