| Abstract: | Téma této práce je evropeizace české azylové politiky. Evropeizace je pozorována v dynamickém pojetí, kde je evropeizace chápána jako proces. Hlavní zkoumanou oblastí je proces přenosů a implementace legislativy v oblasti azylové politiky z úrovně EU na státní úroveň. Cílem je ohodnotit implementace (kvalitativní a kvantitativní) společné azylové politiky EU do domácího prostředí z hlediska procesu evropeizace a mechanismy tohoto procesu, díky kterým byla implementace umožněna. Práce je rozdělená do čtyř kapitol. Poslední kapitola definuje českého zákona v oblastí azylu a zároveň chronologicky hodnotí implementace práva EU. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this paper is the europeanisation of the Czech asylum policy. The main researched area is the process of implementing asylum policy legislation from the EU level at the state level. The aim is to evaluate the implementation (both qualitative and quantitative)in the state level in terms of the europeanisation process and the mechanisms of this process due to which the implementation has been enabled. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The last chapter defines the Czech law in the field of asylum and simultaneously chronologically evaluates the implementation of EU law. |
