| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze theoretically coaching, discuss its history and how it entered the business sphere. Set the differences among the activities which are confused the most with coaching and describe various types of methods used in this area. Address the benefits for individuals as well as organisations. Further, compare the international and Czech institutions dealing with coaching. In the practical chapter, this thesis will analyze the students’ perception of coaching at the University of Economics, Prague, and eagerness to have a study course in this area. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat koučink, jakožto vědní disciplínu z historického vývoje a jakým způsobem se dostala tato disciplína do businesového světa. Práce následně rozlišuje aktivity, které se právě často s koučinkem zaměňují a popisuje několik rozdílných metod v tomto odvětví. Dále popisuje výhody jak pro jednotlivce, tak pro samotné společnosti, které ze samotného koučinku plynou. Dalším bodem této bakalářské práce je porovnání českých koučinkových organizací s těmi ze zahraničí. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu dotazníku v rámci studentského pohledu na koučink, který proběhl na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze. V rámci tohoto dotazníku dochází také k určení zájmu studentů o potencionální koučinkový kurz na této univerzitě. |
