| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí regulace trhu práce v České a Slovenské re-publice. Cílem práce bude analyzovat dopady institucionálních aspektů na trh práce ve zvolených zemích mezi lety 2012 až 2017. Pro účely demonstrování dopadu regulace na trh práce budou zvoleny okruhy postihující legislativní ochranu zaměstnanosti, kolektivní vyjednávání, aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti a systém podpor v nezaměstnanosti a sociálních dávek. V této práci budou použi-ta sekundární kvantitativní data aplikovaná pomocí vhodných statistických me-tod. Podklady pro zpracování komparativní analýzy budou zahrnovat širokou škálu aktuální a relevantní literatury obsahující jak tuzemské, tak i zahraniční knihy a odborné články. |

| Abstract: | Thesis is focused on regulations of the labor markets in Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. The aim is to analyze the impacts of institutional elements at the labor market in selected countries in time period of 2012 - 2017. To demonstrate the impact of regulations were chosen areas affecting the legal protection of employment, collective bargaining, active policy of employment and the system of unemployment and social support. In this thesis will be used secondary quantitative data analyzed by appropriate statistic methods. Materials sources used for creation of comparative analysis will include a wide range of current and relevant literature, covering both local and international books and scientific articles. |
