| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku firemních cílů, způsob jejich stanovování a nástroje, které jsou určené pro jejich dosažení. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat jaké jsou finanční a nefinanční cíle společnosti BOSCH DIESEL, s.r.o., jak spolu tyto cíle navzájem souvisí a jaké nástroje společnost používá k jejich dosažení. Diplomová práce odpovídá na 4 výzkumné otázky, rozšiřující cíl práce. Finanční cíle společnosti jsou zaměřeny zejména na maximalizaci zisku, finanční stabilitu a snižování nákladů. Nefinanční cíle společnosti jsou analyzovány v oblasti životního prostředí, zaměstnanců, image a prestiže a výroby. V závěru jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení plnění některých cílů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the problematics of corporate goals, the way of setting them and tools that are used to achieve them. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze financial and non-financial goals of BOSCH DIESEL, s.r.o., how are these goals related to each other and what tools the company uses for their fulfillment. The diploma thesis answers 4 research questions, which extend the goal of the thesis. The company’s financial goals are focused mainly on profit maximalization, financial stability and cost reduction. Non-financial corporate goals are analyzed through the areas of environment, employees, image and prestige and production. In the conclusion, research questions are answered and measures to improve the achievement of some objectives are proposed. |
