| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podstatou a klíčovými aspekty mezaninového financování jakožto možného zdroje financování podniku ve fázi rozvoje. V úvodní části práce jsou vymezeny obecné principy financování a finančního řízení podniku, které by měly být zohledněny pro jeho správné fungování, společně s poměrovými ukazateli, na jejichž základě je možné měřit úspěšnost každého takového řízení. Dále jsou definovány druhy zdrojů financování s přehledem těch běžně dostupných, jako jsou odpisy, emise akcií, bankovní úvěry a další a zároveň jsou vymezeny jejich podstatné náležitosti. V navazující části je kladen důraz na vymezení a charakteristiku fundamentálních prvků mezaninového financování, jako jednoho ze specifických a málo dostupných zdrojů financování podnikových aktivit. V závěrečné části práce je představen realizovaný projekt s využitím mezaninového kapitálu, na kterém jsou demonstrovány dříve vymezené principy tohoto financování. Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnout ucelený materiál sumarizující náležitosti mezaninového financování, v rozsahu vyhrazeném pro bakalářskou práci, s vymezením jeho struktury, využití a potenciálních rizik, s následnou aplikací těchto pravidel v kontextu praktického příkladu z praxe. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the substance and key aspects of mezzanine financing as a potential source of business funding in the phase of development. In the introductory part of the thesis, the general principles of the business financing and financial management are defined. These principles should be considered in order to secure a proper functioning of the business, together with the ratios based on which the success of each such management can be measured. Moreover, there are defined types of sources of financing along with an overview of those commonly available and their requisites, such as depreciation, issue of shares, bank loans and others. In the following part of the thesis, emphasis is placed on a definition and characteristics of fundamental elements of mezzanine funds, as one of the specific and rarely available sources of financing. The final part of the thesis introduces an executed transaction using mezzanine funds, where the previously defined principles are demonstrated. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive material summarizing the elements of mezzanine financing, to the extent assigned for bachelor thesis, with specification of its structure, use and associated risks with the subsequent application of these rules in the context of a practical case from the corporate practice. |
