Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptací marketingové strategie českých firem v oblasti e-commerce pro maďarský trh. První kapitola pokládá teoretický základ pro následnou analýzu maďarského trhu, věnuje se základním specifikům strategického marketingového plánování internetových obchodů, online situační analýze a marketingovému mixu 4C. Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou maďarského e-commerce trhu. K této analýze byla využita veřejně dostupná sekundární data a data primární získaná provedením výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí expertní metody Delphi se šesti odborníky na maďarský trh. Třetí, závěrečná kapitola poskytuje na základě provedené analýzy doporučení pro české internetové obchody, které na maďarském e-commerce trhu působí nebo plánují na něj vstoupit. Tato doporučení by e-shopům měla přinést návod na správnou adaptaci vlastní marketingové strategie na maďarském trhu. |

Abstract: | This Master thesis deals with the adaptation of marketing strategy of Czech businesses in the e-commerce sector for the Hungarian market. The first chapter gives a theoretical background for the analysis of the Hungarian market; basic specifics of strategic marketing planning of e-shops, online situational analysis and marketing mix 4C are defined in this chapter. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the Hungarian e-commerce market which was done based on publicly available secondary data and on primary data received from a research realised as part of this thesis. This research was carried out though the Delphi method with six experts on the Hungarian market. Based this analysis, the third and final chapter of this thesis provides recommendations for Czech e-shops which operate on or plan to enter the Hungarian market. These recommendations should provide the e-shops with the right way of adaptation of its marketing strategy on the Hungarian market. |
