| Abstract: | Studium fungování ruské ekonomické diplomacie v plynárenském sektoru neztratí svou aktuálnost, nýbrž představuje klíč k predikci jejího budoucího vývoje. Na základě vyhodnocení ruské ekonomické diplomacie v sektoru exportu plynu s ohledem na jeho specifika, posouzení významu současných překážek v oblasti její realizace a hlavních trendů na světovém trhu plynu diplomová práce vytváří prognózu vývoje ekonomické diplomacie Ruska v sektoru exportu plynu vůči Evropské unii. Prognóza je založena na předpokladu, že během příštích pěti let nedojde k závažnému zpřísnění sankcí ze strany západních zemí. Nejistota panující ohledně budoucího vývoje ruského plynárenského sektoru a celkové ekonomické situace bude nejspíš vést k tomu, že Rusko bude formovat svou ekonomickou diplomacii v sektoru exportu plynu na základě adaptace k mezinárodnímu tlaku a restriktivním opatřením. |

| Abstract: | The studying of the Russian economic diplomacy functioning in the gas industry does not lose its topicality but represents a key to its future development prediction. The thesis creates a forecast of the Russian economic diplomacy development in the sector of gas export to the European Union. It is carried out based on an assessment of the Russian economic diplomacy functioning in the gas export sector, considering its characteristics, the importance of current barriers to its realization and main trends in the world gas market. The forecast is based on the assumption that during the next five years there will not be a serious tightening of sanctions by western countries. Widespread uncertainty over the future development of the Russian gas industry and overall economic situation will most likely lead to the following scenario: Russia will form its economic diplomacy in the gas export sector based on the adaptation to international pressure and restrictive measures. |
