| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat podnikání včetně ubytovacích služeb a legislativních podmínek a určit základní informace o tvorbě podnikatelského plánu. Dalším krokem je zpracování detailního podnikatelského plánu pro horské ubytovací zařízení. V úvodu je čtenář seznámen s informacemi o podnikání, ubytovacích zařízení a obecně o podnikatelském plánu. Druhá část obsahuje zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení horských apartmánů v turistické oblasti Králický Sněžník ležící ve Východních Čechách. Po zpracování podnikatelského plánu bude doporučeno, zda podnikatelský záměr realizovat, či nikoli. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this dissertation is to characterise entrepreneurship in the area of accommodation/hospitality services, including the legislative conditions and to determine the basic information required to create a business plan. Based on this framework a detailed business plan for a mountain accommodation resort is then outlined. It begins by introducing existing literature about entrepreneurship, accommodation/hospitality industry and business plans. The second part lays out a thorough business plan for a new mountain apartment resort in the touristic area Kralický Sněžník in the East Bohemia. Finally, this dissertation ends by critically assessing the viability of the business plan with recommendations about whether it should be implemented or not. |
