| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tím, jaké společenské podmínky panují na území povodí řeky Jihlavy, které vedou ke stabilizaci odtokových poměrů. Cílem této práce je určení negativních faktorů, které ovlivňují narušení nejcitlivějších území v povodí Jihlavy. Součástí výzkumu je zjištění, jaký přístup mají obce k řešení problémů spojených s narušenými odtokovými poměry v krajině prostřednictvím komplexních pozemkových úprav. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na témata klimatických změn, krajiny a problémů, které se v ní vyskytují. Popsány jsou možnosti, jak tyto problémy řešit prostřednictvím komplexních pozemkových úprav. Výzkumná část práce popisuje vybraná katastrální území a následně shrnuje poznatky získané z rozhovorů se statutárními zástupci obcí. Na závěr jsou uvedena možná doporučení a řešení vyplývající z výsledků výzkumu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with what social conditions prevail in the territory of the Jihlava river basin, which leads to stabilization of drainage conditions. The aim of this work is to determine the negative factors that affect the disruption of the most sensitive areas in the Jihlava River Basin. Part of the research is to find out what attitudes municipalities have to solve problems associated with disturbed runoff conditions in the landscape through complex land consolidation. The theoretical part is focused on the topics of climate change, landscape and problems that occur in it. There are possibilities how to solve these problems through complex land consolidation. The research part of the thesis describes selected cadastral areas and then summarizes the knowledge gained from discussions with statutory representatives of municipalities. In conclusion, there are possible recommendations and solutions resulting from the research results. |
