| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce byla analýza postavení českých žen–matek na trhu práce. Teoretická část diplomové práce podává ucelený obraz o zkoumané problematice. Hlavním cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo vyvrátit nebo potvrdit stanovené hypotézy ohledně finanční situace žen, úrovně vzdělání a jejich snahy vrátit se do zaměstnání a též ohledně atraktivity flexibilních forem zaměstnání. Hypotézy byly ověřeny pomocí Chí-kvadrát testu nezávislosti (kontingenčních tabulek), přičemž data použitá k testování hypotéz vycházela z dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 268 žen. Bylo zjištěno, že flexibilní formy pracovních úvazků jsou pro ženy atraktivní a úroveň vzdělání má vliv na snahu vrátit se do zaměstnání před maximální možnou dobou čerpání rodičovského příspěvku. Naopak finanční situace na tuto snahu vliv nemá. Přínosem diplomové práce je právě onen ucelený obraz o dané problematice. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis was an analysis of the position of Czech women-mothers on the labour market. The theoretical part of the thesis gives a complex picture of the examined issue. The main aim of the practical part of the thesis was to disprove or confirm the determined hypotheses regarding to the financial situation of women, the level of their education and their effort to return back to work and also regarding to the attractiveness of flexible forms of employment. While the hypotheses were verified by using the Chi-squared test of independence (contingency tables), the data used to test hypotheses were based on a questionnaire survey involving 268 women. It has been found that the flexible forms of employment are attractive for women and that the level of education has an impact on the effort to return back to work before reaching the high limit of the possible drawing a parental allowance. On the contrary, the financial situation has no influence on this effort. The contribution of this thesis is the complex picture of this issue. |
