| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit přístup ke třem pilířům CSR ve společnosti Kaufland Česká republika optikou metodiky KORP. První část práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností firem jako komplexním pojmem, který se snaží definovat z různých hledisek. Praktická část představuje podrobnou KORP analýzu CSR aktivit zvoleného subjektu, přičemž jsou zohledněna všechna subkritéria hodnocením s jemným rozlišením. Syntézou těchto analýz je formulace doporučení, které mají vést k efektivnějšímu řízení CSR aktivit zvolené společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the approach to the three pillars of CSR in the company Kaufland Czech Republic by the KORP methodology. The first part of the thesis deals with corporate social responsibility as a complex term, which tries to define from various perspectives. The second part presents a detailed KORP analysis of CSR activities of the selected subject, considering all subcriteria by evaluation with fine resolution. The synthesis of these analyzes is the formulation of recommendations that should lead to more effective management of CSR activities of the selected company. |
