| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením preferencemi zákazníků, kteří nakupují na farmářských trzích ve vybrané oblasti domácí mléčné produkty. Cílem práce je získat informace o hlavních motivačních faktorech zákazníků nakupujících mléčné produkty na farmářských trzích v táborském okrese a potvrzení nebo vyvrácení stanovených hypotéz. Pro naplnění cíle je využito především dotazníkové šetření. Na základě výsledků tohoto šetření jsou výsledky zhodnoceny pomocí statistických metod. Získané výsledky jsou následně předány majitelce malého hospodářství jako podklad pro zacílení prodejů. Výsledky jsou plně využitelné pro potřeby managementu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the preferences of customers who buy dairy products on farmers' markets in a selected area. The aim of the work is to obtain information about the main motivating factors of customers buying dairy products on farmers' markets in the Tábor district and to confirm or refute the established hypotheses. A questionnaire survey is mainly used to fulfill the goal. Based on the results of this survey, the results are evaluated using statistical methods. The obtained results are then handed over to the owner of a small farm as a basis for targeting sales. The results are fully usable for the needs of management. |
