| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je představit Kubu, definovat a zhodnotit současnou podobu jejího stále se měnícího podnikatelského prostředí v návaznosti na množství vydaných reforem. První kapitola se zabývá úvodem do teorie a možnostmi zkoumání podnikatelského prostředí prostřednictvím několika analýz a definuje pojmy podnikatelské prostředí a podnikání. V druhé kapitole je analyzováno samotné podnikatelské prostředí podle vybraných faktorů PEST analýzy. Třetí kapitola návazně odhaluje možnosti investic pro potencionální české exportéry v souvislosti se současnou obchodní spoluprací s Kubou. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce Cuba, determine and evaluate the current form, which is constantly changing. The first chapter, which is an introduction to the theory and the possibility of exploring the business environment through several analyzes and definitions of business environment and business. It´s business is analyzed on the basis of business environment according to selected factors of PEST analysis. The third chapter subsequently reveals the possibilities of investing for the production of Czech exporters in connection with the current commercial cooperation with Cuba. |
