| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je především nalezení sociálních práv, zjištění, která sociální práva jsou garantována a jak jsou poskytována občanům v rámci systému sociálního zabezpečení ČR. V první části práce se bude věnovat důležitému bodu, a to je teorie sociálního pravá a sociálního zabezpečení. V druhé části bakalářské práce je uvedeno jaká jsou sociální práva a kde je můžeme najit. Další podstatnou součástí této práce je třetí kapitola, která se zaměřuje na systém sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is mainly to find social rights, find out which social rights are guaranteed and how they are provided to citizens within the social security system of the Czech Republic.In the first part of the thesis will be devoted to an important point, and this is the theory of social real and social security. In the second part of the thesis is stated what are the social rights and where we can find them. Another essential part of this work is the third chapter, which focuses on the social security system in the Czech Republic. |
