| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřená na význam certifikací hotelů zaměřených na kvalitu, tak i ekoznaček, v souvislosti s udržitelným cestovním ruchem. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat kritéria jednotlivých hotelových certifikací pomocí EETLS kritérií, jejichž plnění přispívá právě k udržitelnému cestovnímu ruchu, a zhodnotit jejich význam ve vztahu k udržitelnému cestovnímu ruchu. V první kapitole jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k cestovnímu ruchu, kvalitě a certifikacím. Druhá kapitola obsahuje zpracování šesti analyzovaných certifikací, a to certifikace ISO 9001, Český systém kvality služeb, Oficiální jednotná klasifikace ubytovacích zařízení ČR, ISO 14001, Ekologicky šetrná služba a EU Květina. Ve třetí kapitole jsou jednotlivé certifikace srovnány s kritérii EETLS a následně zhodnoceny. |

| Abstract: | Master thesis focuses on importance of hotel quality certifications and ecolabels in relation to the sustainable tourism. The aim of the thesis is to analyse criteria of the hotel certifications with EETLS criteria, which contribute to sustainable tourism when complied with. In the first chapter there is a description of basic terms related to tourism, quality and certifications. In the second chapter, there are six certifications analysed, including following certifications: ISO 9001, Czech System of Quality of Services in Tourism, Official Uniform Classification of Accommodation Facilities of the Czech Republic, ISO 14001, Environmentally Friendly Service and EU Flower. In the third chapter, there are the certifications compared with EETLS criteria and afterward follows the evaluation of them. |
