| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou činnosti nadnárodních společností v Evropské unii a na Ukrajině. Na základě výzkumu teoretických aspektů nadnárodních společností a analýzy jejich investiční činnosti v EU a na Ukrajině byly v této práci vymezeny důvody nízkého přílivu zahraničních investic do Ukrajiny a malého počtu zahraničních NNS působicích na jejím území. Dále na základě porovnání investičního klimatu zkoumaných zemí bylo navrhnuto řešení ke zlepšení investičního potenciálu na Ukrajině a přilákání investorů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the activities of multinational companies in the European Union and Ukraine. Based on the research of the theoretical aspects of multinational companies and the analysis of their investment activities in the EU and Ukraine, the thesis defines the reasons for the low inflow of foreign investment into Ukraine and the small number of transnational corporations operating in its territory. Also on the basis of comparison of the investment climate in the EU and Ukraine was proposed a solution how to improve Ukraine's investment potential and attract investors. |
