| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem ekonomiky Itálie v posledních 12 letech s důrazem na období 2008-2014 spojené se světovou finanční krizí. Primárním cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat slabé oblasti italské ekonomiky. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní veličiny společně s rozlišením finančních krizí a jejich příčin. V rámci praktické části je, mimo jiné, sledován stav a vývoj italského bankovního sektoru, jsou zachyceny strukturální změny společně s vývojem konkurenceschopnosti včetně identifikace slabých míst italské ekonomiky, dále je ekonomika charakterizována z pozice vybraných makroekonomických ukazatelů, jež byly popsány v rámci teoretické části. V závěrečné kapitole se práce věnuje nedávným relevantním reformám a hodnotí jejich potenciální dopad na budoucí vývoj italské ekonomiky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of the Italian economy in the last 12 years with an emphasis on the period 2008-2014 in relation to the global financial crisis. The primary objective of the thesis is to identify and analyse weak areas of the Italian economy. Basic macroeconomic indicators together with types and causes of financial crises are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part includes, inter alia, observation of the state and development of the Italian banking sector, structural changes along with the development of competitiveness, including identification of weak parts of the Italian economy, and describes Italian economy using macroeconomic indicators, which were previously described in the theoretical part. The final chapter is devoted to the relevant reforms and its potential impact on the future development of the Italian economy. |
