| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zmapování a následná komparace tří obcí s rozšířenou působností.Proběhne finanční analýza výdajů, které jednotlivé obce vyčlenily na podporusportu v období let 2013 až 2017. Ve smyslu zákona číslo 115/2001 Sb., o podpořesportu, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, jsou veškeré obce povinny mimo jinézabezpečit finanční podporu sportu v obci ze svého rozpočtu a zpracovat územníplán rozvoje sportu a zajistit jeho provádění. Teoretická část práce se bude zabývatvymezením základních pojmů o obcích a podpoře sportu v nich. Dále také, zdavybrané obce naplňují výše zmiňovaný zákon a jaké jsou finanční možnostijednotlivých obcí. V praktické části bude práce zaměřena na komparaci finančníchprostředků vkládaných do podpory sportu. V závěrečné části budou dánadoporučení, která by měla vést z pohledu analyzovaných obcí ke zlepšení strategiípodpory sportu. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this work is to map and compare three municipalities with extended competence. This includes financial analysis of costs which each municipality gave to support sport in the years 2013-2017. According to the law 115/2001 Sb. About support of sport by the latter regulations all municipalities have duty to secure financial help for sport in the local area from it’s budget and process the delimination of basic terms about municipalities and their support of sport in it. These municipalities also fulfill the law mentioned above and what are the financial posibilities of each municipality. In the practical part the work will be focused on comparison of the financial resources given to support the sport. At the final phase of this work will be given recommendations, which should lead to better strategy and support of sport activities in analyzed municipalities. |
