| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává analýzu investičního klimatu se zaměřením na významné ekonomické partnery a zároveň sousední státy České republiky - Německo a Rakousko. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na základní charakteristiku Německa a následný rozbor politicko-právního, ekonomického, sociálně-kulturního a technologického prostředí. Druhá kapitola je koncipována obdobně, přičemž nejprve popisuje elementární údaje o Rakousku a poté analyzuje jeho makroprostředí. Třetí kapitola se zabývá komparací atraktivity investičního prostředí Německa a Rakouska pro příliv přímých zahraničních investic do dané země v návaznosti na provedené strategické rozbory makroprostředí ve formě PEST analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the investment climate analysis with orientation on the significant economics partners and neighbour states of the Czech Republic – Germany and Austria. The paper is divided into three chapters. The first one is oriented on the basic characteristic of Germany and the subsequent analysis of political-legal, economic, socio-cultural and technological environment. The second one is framed analogous to the part about Germany and describes elementary data about Austria and analyses its macro environment. The third one deals with the comparison of the attractiveness of Germany and Austria in connection with the inflow of foreign direct investment into the country following the conducted strategic macro-environment analyses in the form of PEST analysis. |
