| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komunikačními dovednostmi manažera a stylem řízení společnosti v praxi. První kapitola pojednává o osobě manažera a náležitostech jeho profese. Popisuje vlastnosti, osobnost, činnosti a práci, kterou by měl manažer ovládat. Dále vymezuje role v týmu a možné styly řízení. Druhá kapitola je věnována efektivnosti řízení týmu. Zahrnuje oblasti mentoringu a koučinku. Dále dávání efektivní zpětné vazby zaměstnanci. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na motivaci a komunikaci se zaměstnanci. Vymezuje, jak by měl být motivován člověk a jak zaměstnanec, zda existují nějaké rozdíly. Dále obsahuje podkapitoly o asertivitě, nerozhodnosti, delegování úkolů a konfliktů, které vznikají na pracovišti. Praktickou část diplomové práce a zároveň čtvrtou kapitolu tvoří osobní rozhovor s koučkou Ivetou Hrotkovou, který je ucelením celé diplomové práce. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis comprises managerial communication skills and managerial styles in practise. The first chapter presents personality of ideal manager and requirements of its profession. Describes characters, personality traits, activities and work, which should be done by manager. It also includes team roles and possible managerial styles. The second chapter comprises effectiveness of management styles. It includes the area of mentoring and coaching. Efficient feedback would be also found there. The third chapter is focused on motivation and communication among employees and their superiors. It describes how every individual should be motivated and also how every emloyee should be motivated. Also consists of topics like asertivity, indecisiveness, delegation of tasks and resolution of conflicts which were raised at the workplace. Practical and last chapter of this master thesis comprises interview with coach Iveta Hrotková. |
