| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá tématem de/motivace vstupu žen do politiky. Jejím cílem je prostřednictvím teoretického rámce a analýzy polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů zjistit, jaké jsou motivace žen při vstupu do politiky, a s jakými bariérami se případně setkávají. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která se zabývá teorií motivace, substantivní a deskriptivní reprezentací a především bariérami při vstupu do veřejného života (institucionální, společenské, osobní). Praktická část je poté dělena na analýzu výzkumů, kde se ukazuje pohled společnosti na problematiku zastoupení žen v politice a na analýzu polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů s političkami Poslanecké sněmovny České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with de/motivation of woman to participate in the politics. Using theoretical frame and analysis of semi-structured interviews, its goal is to find out what is the motivation of woman when participate in politics and with which obstacles are they potentially dealing with. Thesis is divided to theoretical part which deals with theory of motivation, substantive and descriptive representation and mostly with entry barriers into public life (institutional, social, personal). Practical part is further divided to research analysis with society insight of women representation in politics and to semi-structured interview analysis with female politicians from House of Commons of Czech Republic. |
