| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat proces zavádění změny, konkrétně zavedení softwa-rového systému RQMS pro elektronické vedení dokumentace. Reálná situace zavádění změny je porovnávána s modely Lewina a Kottera. Analýza procesu zavádění změny ve firmě je postavena na základě dotazníků u všech pracovníků využívajících aktivně systém RQMS, rozhovorů s generálním ředitelem organizace a vedoucím změnového procesu. Na základě těchto analýz postupu jsou doporučeny kroky k zefektivnění zavádění další změny v dané organizaci. Výsledky procesu zavádění změny se odrážejí ve správnosti využívání systému a ekonomické návratnosti. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this work is to analyze the implementation process of the change, namely the implementation of the RQMS software system for electronic document management. The reality is compared with the models of Lewin and Kotter. The analysis of the process of introducing change in the company is based on questionnaires for all employees using the RQMS system, interviews with the CEO and change manager. Based on these process analyzes, steps are recommended to streamline the implementation of the next change in the organization. The results of the change implementation process are reflected in the correct use of the system and the economic return. |
