| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem tekuté modernity polského sociologa Zygmunta Baumana a zkoumáním vlivu tekutého prostředí na činnost organizace, která v něm působí. Práce zahrnuje popis možností využití Baumanových teoretických úvah v řídících procesech organizace. Práce je pak také zaměřena na popis vývoje společnosti od pevné modernity do modernity tekuté na základě Baumanova konceptu a popis vývoje teorie řízení organizace od klasického managementu až po teorii tekuté organizace. Součástí práce je kvalitativní výzkum provedený ve vybrané společnosti, která se pohybuje v prostředí, které lze označit za značně tekuté. Na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s jednatelkou a zaměstnanci vybrané společnosti je ověřena platnost a využitelnost Baumanových úvah v praxi a v závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení pro management firmy, která byla v rámci výzkumu zkoumána. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the concept of liquid modernity of Polish sociologist Zygmunt Bauman and examines the influence of the liquid environment on the activities of the organization operating in it. The description of the possibilities offered by Bauman's theoretical considerations in the management processes of the organization is included. The thesis focuses further on the description of the development of society from solid modernity to liquid modernity on the basis of Bauman's concept and description of the development of the organization's management theory from the classical management to the theory of the liquid organization. A private firm operating in a very liquid environment was selected and qualitative research had been carried out. Based on semi-structured interviews with the executive officer and employees of this firm, the validity and practical applicability and relevance of Bauman's considerations has been verified. Finally, recommendations to the management of the investigated firm were suggested at the end of the thesis. |
