| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na podnikovou architekturu. Přesněji na využití základních principů podnikové architektury pro návrh strategie rozvoje architektury IT systémů, v případě této práce v oblasti HR.Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh strategie pro rozvoj architektury HR systémů v modelové firmě. Dílčími cíli jsou vymezení disciplíny podnikové architektury a modelovacího jazyka ArchiMate. Výsledný návrh strategie rozvoje architektury HR systémů modelové firmy je vytvořen postupem obsahujícím základní kroky z procesu vytváření podnikové architektury. Kroky v postupu jsou vybrány a poskládány tak, aby šli využít i pro návrh dílčích architektur bez nutnosti implementovat podnikovou strategii jako celek.Teoretická část se věnuje podnikové architektuře a modelovacímu jazyku ArchiMate. Podniková architektura je stručně popsána, je zmíněno z čeho podniková architektura vznikla, jak probíhal její vývoj a standardizace, jaké je její místo ve firmě a nejčastěji používané rámce pro její implementaci. Jazyk ArchiMate je detailněji rozebrán, jsou vyjmenovány principy využité při jeho tvorbě, jeho základní stavební prvky a doporučené postupy pro jeho použití.Praktická část se věnuje vytvoření návrhu strategie rozvoje architektury HR systémů na konkrétním modelovém příkladu, který je založen na informacích z reálného podniku. Návrh strukturou odpovídá jednotlivým krokům z postupu. Je tedy postaven na základních principech podnikové architektury a skládá se z určení účelu návrhu, zainteresovaných stran, současné a budoucí architektury v definované úrovni detailu, rozdílové analýzy, odůvodnění provedených rozhodnutí a transformačního plánu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on Enterprise Architecture, more accurately on using core principles of Enterprise Architecture for creating proposal of IT systems architecture development strategy, specifically HR systems in case of this thesis.The main aim of this thesis is to create proposal of HR systems architecture development strategy in model company. Objectives are brief definition of Enterprise Architecture and ArchiMate modeling language. The resulting proposal of HR systems architecture development strategy in model company is created by a procedure containing the basic steps from the process of creating the Enterprise Architecture. Steps in the procedure are selected and put together so the procedure could be used for sub-architecture proposal without the need to implement the Enterprise Architecture as a whole.The theoretical part is dedicated to Enterprise Architecture and ArchiMate modelling language. Enterprise Architecture is briefly described. It is mentioned from what the Enterprise Architecture was created, how it was developed and standardized, what is its place in the company and the most frequently used frameworks for its implementation. The ArchiMate language is discussed in more detail, specifically the principles used in its creation, its basic building elements and recommended procedures for its use.The practical part deals with the creation of the proposal of HR systems architecture development strategy in model company, which is based on information from real company. The proposal structure reflects individual steps of the procedure. Therefore, it is based on core principles of Enterprise Architecture and consist of determining the purpose of the proposal, stakeholders, current and future architecture in defined level of detail, differential analysis, justification of decisions made and transformation plan. |
