| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komparací vybraných bug tracking nástrojů, které slouží pro správu defektů v rámci testování softwaru. Jejím hlavním cílem je vytvořit postup pro hodnocení bug tracking nástrojů (reportovací nástroje pro zaznamenávání defektů v softwaru) pro malé a střední podniky v kontextu s defekt managementem. Mezi dílčí cíle patří objasnění základních pojmů testování softwaru, zmapování kritérií pro porovnávání nástrojů a jejich zhodnocení.Nejprve je v diplomové práci objasněna oblast testování softwaru (základní pojmy, definice, typy, druhy, techniky a metodiky testování) a defekt managementu (vymezení pojmů, role v rámci defekt managementu, příčiny defektů, životní cyklus defektu). Dále jsou v práci popsány vybrané nástroje pro správu defektů a jejich využití. Podstatnou součástí práce je stanovení kritérií a vah pro hodnocení nástrojů. Kritéria jsou zjištěna na základě metod pozorování, analýzy a metody rozhovoru. Aby bylo možné provést co nejrelevantnější výsledky jsou výpočty vah uskutečněny aplikací Fullerovy metody. Na základě provedených výpočtů jsou jednotlivé nástroje ohodnoceny, a tím je poukázáno na jejich využitelnost v praxi, především na klady a zápory každého nástroje. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with comparison of selected bug tracking tools, which are used for defect management in software testing. Its main goal is to develop a process for evaluating bug tracking tools (reporting tools for recording defects in software) for SMEs in the context of defect management. Partial objectives include clarifying the basic concepts of software testing, mapping benchmarks and evaluating them.Firstly, the field of software testing (basic concepts, definitions, types, types, techniques and methodologies of testing) and defect managemnt (definition of terms, role in defect management, causes of defects, defect life cycle) are explained in the thesis. Furthermore, the thesis describes selected tools for the defect management and their use. An essential part of the work is the determination of criteria and weights for tool evaluation. The criteria are based on observation, analysis and interview methods. To make the most relevant results possible, weights are performed by applying the Fuller method. On the basis of performed calculations, the individual tools are evaluated and thus their use in practice is pointed out, especially on the pros and cons of each instrument. |
